I permanently seek different ways of expressing myself. I love the challenge of coming up with a new idea and devising techniques and processes that enable me to see it to fruition. For quite a while I have been working to introduce into my paintings the exquisite stitching I am able to do in some of my fiber art pieces. My latest work in mixed media, which you can see below, is the result of playful experimentation adding fibers and other materials onto the canvas leveraging my extensive experience in surface design.
